Supply Chain Executive at ICS Outsourcing Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with shipping line regulations, tracking and managing all shipment documentation.
• Manage and process SONCAP applications and approvals for all relevant shipments.
• Coordinate with NAFDAC for permits, approvals, and import documentation.
• Oversee customs clearance processes, liaising with agents and customs officials to avoid delays.
• Monitor and manage terminal processes, container handling, and release coordination.
• Prepare and submit all required regulatory documents for imports/exports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of permits, licenses, and shipment statuses.
• Assist in preparing reports and forecasts related to inbound shipments.
• Resolve supply chain issues and escalate potential delays or non-compliance risks proactively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in shipping, customs compliance, or supply chain operations.
• In-depth knowledge of SONCAP, NAFDAC, customs clearance, and shipping line regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP knowledge is a plus.
