Supply Chain Coordinator at OnePyramid

JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Coordinator in the FMCG Industry to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for our client in Abuja, Nigeria.
• This role is central to ensuring the timely and costeffective procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution of food and non-food commodities across the country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the procurement and supply of food and non-food items to the warehouse.
• Ensure quality sourcing in coordination with the warehouse and customer service teams.
• Develop and implement the organization’s supply chain strategy.
• Manage shipping, logistics, and distribution processes for seamless operations.
• Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline supply chain activities.
• Resolve delays, disruptions, or supply chain bottlenecks promptly.
• Build and manage supplier relationships across Nigeria.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and other departments.
• Lead vendor negotiations to achieve favorable terms and pricing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in supply chain and procurement management.
• Proven track record in managing suppliers across PAN Nigeria.
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement operations.
• Proficient with supply chain software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
