Supervisor at WosAm Arena

WosAm Arena Ltd is Ogun State’s foremost entertainment and hospitality brand with hotel, cinema, nightlife and sports entertainment interests. We aim to provide world class hospitality and entertainment services in the heart of Western Nigeria. We are looking for the services of a supervisor to improve our team.

The supervisor will:

• be responsible for 360 operations management at the cinema
• provide business support for the central operations manager
• oversee retail sales activities with a view to maximising profits
• train cinema staff to adhere to best practices and company policy

Minimum qualification:

• a degree in any discipline
• 4 years experience in hospitality management
• cinema work experience is an added advantage

Skills:

• proficiency with computers
• knowledge of retail sales software
• understanding of processes
• good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance

NB: The preferred candidate should be resident in Ogun State or willing to relocate.
