WosAm Arena Ltd is Ogun State’s foremost entertainment and hospitality brand with hotel, cinema, nightlife and sports entertainment interests. We aim to provide world class hospitality and entertainment services in the heart of Western Nigeria. We are looking for the services of an accountant to improve our team.

The accountant will:

• be responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department
• work as part of the WosAm team to maximise customer satisfaction by providing information when prompted
• process, verify and record receipts for goods sold and services rendered
• draft and present budgets and forecasts to executive management
• maintain a collaboration system with other departments to review accounts, client payments, refunds, etc
• process monthly payroll

Minimum qualification:

• BSc or HND in Accounting or a closely related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality/entertainment/media sales

Skills:

• computer proficiency with focus on accounting tools and software
• personal integrity necessary background checks will be conducted
• knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance

NB: The preferred candidate should be resident in Ogun State or willing to relocate.

The supervisor will:

• be responsible for 360 operations management at the cinema
• provide business support for the central operations manager
• oversee retail sales activities with a view to maximising profits
• train cinema staff to adhere to best practices and company policy

Minimum qualification:

• a degree in any discipline
• 4 years experience in hospitality management
• cinema work experience is an added advantage

Skills:

• proficiency with computers
• knowledge of retail sales software
• understanding of processes
• good understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance
