We are looking for a responsible Petrol Station Supervisor to oversee daily station operations, supervise attendants, monitor sales and fuel stock, and ensure smooth customer service delivery.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily station activities and staff
Monitor fuel sales and stock levels
Ensure proper customer service and cleanliness
Prepare daily sales and operational reports
Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Requirements
Minimum of ND qualification
Experience in a filling station or retail environment is an added advantage
Good leadership, communication, and numerical skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage staff effectively.
