Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a responsible and organized Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our reputable restaurant located along Agbor Road, Benin City.
• The ideal candidate will be a team leader who can ensure smooth workflow, maintain high standards of service, and support staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of kitchen, service, and cleaning staff
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and productivity
• Ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization of the workspace
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner
• Support the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff
• Manage inventory levels and ensure supplies are available
• Prepare daily reports and communicate with management

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in hospitality or food service
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team effectively and work under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and reliable
• Must reside in or be willing to commute to Agbor Road, Benin City.
