Job Summary

The Successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods and services, manage a team of logistics staff, foster a safe and productive work environment, and implement process improvements to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out recess to identify routes and bus stops.
• Run price comparisons on the different types of mobility available in the city.
• Real time trip tracking and monitoring, ensuring that all trips are fulfilled.
• Escalate all operational issues / blockers.
• Carry out routine spot checks on the vehicles weekly.
• Recommend trip schedules / itineraries based on migration patterns within the city.
• Compliance - Ensure that Pilots adhere to safety protocols and laid down processes.
• Partner Relations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Knowledge of logistics software and systems-
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Meet or exceed productivity and efficiency targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate report. 
• Maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
