Supermarket Sales Representative at Ascentech Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with supermarket managers and staff. This involves understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• promote the company's products within the supermarket.
• Negotiate for favorable shelf placement, organize product demonstrations, and implement marketing campaigns.
• Monitor stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked, and managing inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to the supermarket.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Valid driving license
• Relevant FMCG sales experience
• Retail experience, especially in a grocery store environment, is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
