Strategy Officer at SCM Capital Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the company’s corporate strategy and business plans.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare business cases, financial models and recommendations for new initiatives.
• Track strategic initiatives and key performance indicators, highlighting gaps, and recommending  corrective actions.
• Work with departmental teams to align activities with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and strategy updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• A postgraduate degree or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
