Job Summary

• The Store Officer will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of spare parts within the company’s warehouse.
• The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records using computer systems.
• Issue spare parts to relevant departments while ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and safe storage of items.
• Conduct routine stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store area.
• Support compliance with company safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse operations.
• Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and inventory documentation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
