    Store Manager

    Job Summary

    Responsible for physical storage of raw materials, consumables, and spares to prevent spoilage and pilferage, and make them available to users as required

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise all stores administrative activities
    • Draw up and coordinate a detailed plan to ensure that all items in the stores are kept safe and in good condition
    • Ensure accurate records are kept for stock items in ERP system
    • Ensure the correct level of inventory is maintained in line company guidelines by constantly liaising with various departments
    • Train Store staff to maximize individual and team performance
    • Coordinate the receipt and inspection of all incoming and outgoing material/equipment and reconcile with purchase orders, documents, track damages and discrepancies
    • Provide all required documents and reports in a timely manner
    • Perform other job-related duties as and when necessary
    • Report any issues of non-compliance and maintain accurate and professional records
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
    • Strictly adhere and conform to all QMS standard
    • Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data
    • Adhere to the requirements of FSSC, Feed Safety, GMP and QMS as it relates to my job function.

    • Well-developed numerical and analytical skill
    • Good business acumen
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • ERP - SAP experience

    Requirements

    • Degree or equivalent in any field
    • 7+ years’ experience of Store/Warehouse operation preferably in Construction, Manufacturing or FMCG with 3 years in a supervisory capacity
