• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and supplies.
• Organize and store items in an orderly, accessible, and secure manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Issue materials or products to departments based on approved requisitions.
• Conduct routine stock checks and report discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all items.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper rotation of perishable goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store or storage area.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement teams, and other departments for smooth stock flow.
