Stock Control Supervisor at OnePyramid

• Job Summary
• We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Stock Control Supervisor to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management across the warehouse. The role involves supervising inventory processes, improving stock control systems, and ensuring alignment between physical inventory and the Warehouse Management System. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with at least two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure inventory aligns with business and operational needs
• Implement and continuously improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Generate detailed reports on stock levels, discrepancies, inventory turnover, and trends
• Identify, investigate, and resolve stock-related issues, including discrepancies in inventory records
• Schedule and supervise audit activities, cycle counts, and spot checks
• Reconcile physical inventory with data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Provide guidance and oversight to stock control and warehouse staff

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of BSc or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and Warehouse Management Systems
• High proficiency in reporting and data analysis (Excel and inventory tools)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and supervisory skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
