State Coordinator at Rubels & Angels

Job Description

• Oversees and coordinates operations of all restaurant outlets within the state to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Monitors performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational standards
• Implements company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all locations
• Supports and supervises outlet managers to ensure effective team management and productivity
• Plans and executes state-level promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Manages recruitment, training, and development of staff within the state as needed
• Conducts regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Identifies operational challenges and develops strategies to improve performance and profitability
• Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders in the state
• Reports to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities across all state outlets.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
