Job Details
- Assisting the head chef in menu planning and development.
- Overseeing food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes.
- Managing inventory and stock levels.
- Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff during service.
- Assisting in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Organizing stations, checking ingredients, and equipment readines
- Managing food production, coordinating with other kitchen staff, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Supervising cleanup, ensuring proper storage, and kitchen maintenance.
