Key Responsibilities

• Source, and screen applicants that meet clients and company’s requirements to fill vacancies declared in the district.

Duties:

• Source, screen, interview, and present candidates that meet clients and company’s requirements to fill vacancies declared in the district.
• Present district recruitment plan to ZRM or designate.
• Elim (Elim Web) Modules that require high proficiency:
  • Recruitment Management
  • Staff Change request.
  • Staff Appraisal
• MS Office Proficiency:
• Microsoft Word: Level 1 - 2
• MS Office Proficiency:
• Microsoft Excel Function: Level 1 – 2
