Perform Technical Installations and maintenance of solutions based on customer requirements.
Proactively assist customers with technical issues that may arise with their solution implementation.
Prioritize incoming technical issues. Escalate issues (when required) to the appropriate quarters.
Interact with prospective and existing clients to collect information and provide proposed solutions. Design and develop technical solutions and documents as may be required.
Perform client needs evaluation by working with Sales in Pre-Sales solution capacity.
Develop and deliver targeted Power point presentations.
Participate in seminars, trade shows and oversee internal and external Product Technical demonstrations.
Involve actively in training programs as well as pass certification exams.
Providing timely weekly, monthly and quarterly achievement reports to line manager
Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members.
Any other duty assigned by line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with keen interest in Information technology, network security and unified communication.
Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Positive, service-oriented personality
Willingness to travel.
Familiarity with ICT industry and solutions and services a plus.
A Bachelor of Science degree/HND in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computing Industry Certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE) or a related field is strongly preferred.
