We are seeking a skilled and organized Software Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and deadlines.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
The Software Project Manager will play a key role in driving efficiency, solving challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned projects, ensuring delivery in line with departmental standards and client expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Analysts, Engineers, Vendors/Consultants) for seamless execution.
Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify deliverables, and provide updates.
Manage client expectations, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Track and report project progress, risks, and issues.
Ensure compliance with PMO governance frameworks, SLA requirements, and documentation standards.
Maintain accurate project records, charters, and change requests.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
Facilitate effective collaboration and accountability across all roles in the project.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) preferred.
2-5 years’ experience managing enterprise-level IT projects (ERP, Cloud, Infrastructure, IT Solutions or Telecom).
Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
Skilled in organization, planning, communication, and stakeholder management, with strengths in risk assessment, budgeting, teamwork, and leadership.
