Responsibilities

• Develop and post engaging content (images, videos, captions) showcasing menu items, event and behind the scenes moments.
• Manage and maintain the restaurant's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc)
• Respond to customer's comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote menu items, events and offers.
• Monitor and report on social metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) to track performance.
• Ensure consistent branding across all social media platforms
• Provide excellent customer service through social media channels.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers for promoting and reviews.
• Highlight new menu items, specials and promotions

Requirements

• Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience.
• Should possess OND/HND/BSC
• Must reside within Ikotun axis.
