    Social Media Manager

    The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and growing the company’s online presence across key social media platforms.

    This role is especially important for Zitelle Oil as a manufacturing company, helping to translate the company’s products, operations, people, values, culture, and quality standards into clear, engaging, and professional content for prospective customers, suppliers, job applicants, and the public.

    The ideal candidate must understand how to create content that promotes trust, confidence, reliability, showcases production quality, and strengthens the company’s brand image in the market.

    Key Responsibilities

    Social Media Strategy

    • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand and target audience.
    • Create monthly content plans supporting product awareness, customer education, recruitment, company credibility, and brand visibility.

    Content Creation

    • Create engaging content including:
    • Product photos and videos
    • Customer education posts
    • Brand awareness campaigns
    • Product usage tips
    • “Product in action” content
    • Company announcements
    • Recruitment and career-related posts

    Brand Management

    • Ensure all content reflects the company’s professionalism and quality standards.
    • Maintain consistent visual identity (colors, fonts, tone, logo usage, messaging).
    • Protect company reputation by ensuring no confidential or sensitive information is published.

    Community Management

    • Monitor comments, tags, and customer enquiries.
    • Respond professionally or escalate to relevant departments.
    • Build positive engagement with the online community.

    Campaigns & Promotions

    • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product promotions, awareness, events, and announcements.

    Performance Tracking

    Track and report on:

    • Follower growth
    • Engagement rate
    • Reach and impressions
    • Customer enquiries
    • Best-performing content
    • Campaign performance

    Reporting

    Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
