    Social Media Manager

    Our client is seeking to engage an experienced candidates for the role of Social Media Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Effectively manage organization’s online presence
    • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram adapting content to suit different channels
    • Facilitate customer service and manage projects and campaigns.
    • Measure the success of every social media campaign
    • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency
    • Provide constructive feedback
    • Adhere to rules and regulations
    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
    • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
    • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
    • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organization and brand
    • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
    • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
    • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
    • Recommend improvements to increase performance

    SKILLS

    • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
    • Hands on experience in content management
    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Analytical and multitasking skills
    • A Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any related field.

    LOCATION: Ibadan

    SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE
