Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to elevate our luxury shopping brand’s digital presence across Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, storytelling, and platform-specific content strategies, with the ability to create visually compelling and engaging posts that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
This role requires someone who can balance high-end branding with fast-paced social trends, ensuring our content remains aspirational, polished, and relevant.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Posting
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos across Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok daily
- Maintain a consistent luxury brand aesthetic, tone, and voice
- Create visually eye-catching content showcasing products, unboxings, styling, behind-the-scenes moments, promotions, and brand storytelling
- Edit photos and videos to a premium standard using relevant tools
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a platform-specific social media strategy aligned with brand goals
- Stay up-to-date with trends, sounds, hashtags, and algorithm changes, particularly on TikTok and Instagram
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Suggest creative campaigns, launches, collaborations, and seasonal content ideas
Community Management
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and story replies in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with followers to build a strong and loyal online community
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions)
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize content performance
- Adjust content strategy based on analytics and audience behavior
Brand & Collaboration Support
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, or content creators when required
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and luxury market positioning
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator, preferably in luxury, fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Demonstrated success managing and growing Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat accounts
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, campaigns, or brand pages
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional eye for luxury aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and social trends
- Proficiency with content creation and editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, InShot, etc.)
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and CTAs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content calendars
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media insights

- Knowledge of e-commerce and social commerce features
