As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our Growth Division.

The successful candidate will support our digital presence and brand growth by creating engaging, platform-specific content, managing social media channels, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or client portfolio
• Proven content creation ability, not just scheduling
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
• Hands-on publishing experience across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube
• Working knowledge of basic paid social setup
• Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail, comfortable working to a calendar
• B2B tech or enterprise software experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create content across formats, copy, graphics briefs, short-form video, and repurposed assets, for the daily social calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube
• Schedule and publish content on time, maintaining brand voice, visual identity, and platform-specific best practice
• Manage multiple brand accounts in parallel, keeping voice, calendars, and assets distinct across each
• Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, responding within agreed SLAs and escalating sensitive issues
• Track day-to-day platform performance and feed data into weekly and monthly reporting
• Coordinate with design and video production to source needed assets
• Support paid social execution: boosting, audience targeting, ad scheduling
• Track platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
• Support live event coverage for flagship events like the Bluechip Data & AI Summit
• Maintain the internal asset library and posting records
