Social Media Manager at a Real Estate Company

About the Company

We are a real estate company located in Lekki, Lagos state with the business objects of real estate marketing, sales, development and management.

Job Summary and Requirements

The position requires a serious minded individual with vast knowledge of computer usage and most importantly the social media platforms.

Applicant must be able to demostrate high usability knowledge of the social media platforms to generate high traffic and importantly sales for the company.

Responsibilites

• Analyzing the company’s digital marketing platforms and its social media strategy to identify strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
• Research social media trends and communicating same to the management of the company’s marketing activities in order to effect tangible growth to the company sales.
• Generate, publish and share daily content to boost traffic, create awareness and encourage community members to take actions which inturn leads to the boost of the company sales.
• Conduct regular market, competitor and customer research
• Run the company social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.

1. Overseeing customer service on the social media platforms.

Qualification Requirements 

• BSc./BA./HND/OND. in Communcation, Arts or any related field. 

• Excellent knowledge of computer usage.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 

• A good team player with good organizational skills.

• Great knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.

• Active knowledge of social media marketing, market research and analysis. 

• Minimum of 2 years work experience

• Awareness of real estate trends and market is an added advantage. 

Pay Guide:

NGN70,000 to NGN80,000
