We is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Social Media Intern to join our innovative team.
This role is essential in strengthening our brand's social media presence, enhancing engagement, and driving measurable growth in followers, audience interaction, and sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and demonstrate creativity, initiative, and the ability to contribute to business growth through effective digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging and creative content across all major social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Produce and edit high-quality video content using CapCut, Canva, and other digital editing software.
Leverage AI-driven video creation and production tools such as ChatGPT, Veo, Higgsfield, Midjourney, and other emerging AI technologies to build innovative visual assets.
Support the planning, structured setup, and execution of comprehensive social media campaigns.
Assist in engineering digital marketing strategies aimed at improving online visibility, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
Implement metrics-driven social media strategies that contribute directly to product awareness and overall sales pipeline growth.
Track, evaluate, and support tailored digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing revenue through modern digital channels.
Actively interact with followers, brand advocates, and broader online communities to nurture engagement.
Respond to public comments, direct messages, and general audience inquiries promptly, professionally, and in alignment with corporate voice.
Consistently monitor critical social media performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and multi-channel campaign results.
Prepare data-backed performance reports and identify strategic opportunities for brand optimization using insights and native platform analytics tools.
Stay highly updated on shifting social media trends, algorithm changes, digital tools, and industry best practices.
Suggest innovative and creative concepts to continually improve overall brand presence and audience engagement metrics.
Work closely with the core marketing team to ensure day-to-day social operations align precisely with overall corporate business and sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
Good foundational understanding of major social media platforms and their unique optimization features.
Prior hands-on experience in multimedia content creation is highly considered an added advantage.
Familiarity with digital web analytics and scheduling automation tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
Previous professional experience in social media management or digital content production is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to convert social media strategies into scalable sales growth support.
