    Social Media Content/Manager

    We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager. You will work out of our office at Ikeja, Lagos. Do you have what it takes to implement a social media strategy to increase our marketing and sales effort? Join our team at ReDahlia.

    You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness, increase website traffic, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

    Social Media Manager Duties and Responsibilities

    •  Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
    • Video creation and graphic designing
    • Create, manage, and oversee social media content
    • Measure the success of every social media strategy and campaign
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Use social media marketing tools
    • Repurpose content for different social media platforms.
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
    • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
    • Ensure the brand becomes a strong force using PR

    Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications

    • At least two years of experience as a social media specialist or similar role
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and other social media best practices
    • Proficient knowledge of graphic designing and video editing tools
    • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Excellent content writing and sales skills
    • Good knowledge of social media KPIs
    • Excellent multitasking skills
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
    • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • Must live within Ikeja or its environ
    • Job is on-site and not remote
