    Social Media Content Creator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Utilize Canva to design visually appealing graphics that align with the luxury and premium brand aesthetic.
    • Brand Presentation: Ensure all content reflects the high standards and sophisticated image of the brand.
    • Caption Writing: Craft engaging and on-brand captions that resonate with the target audience and enhance social media posts.
    • Hashtag Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant and trending hashtags to maximize content reach and engagement.
    • Content Calendar Development: Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and strategic content distribution.
    • Scheduling and Posting: Handle the scheduling and posting of content across Instagram and TikTok, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
    • Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to influencers based on specific criteria set by the founders, crafting personalized messages to secure collaborations.
    • Community Engagement: Actively manage interactions by responding to comments and DMs, fostering a positive and engaging online community.
    • Affiliate Management: Utilize software like Skimlinks, ShareASale, ShopMy, or Grin for affiliate management and audience monetization.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to ensure all social media efforts align with the brand’s vision and objectives.

    • Enhanced Brand Visibility: Your creative and strategic content has significantly increased the brand’s visibility and engagement on Instagram and TikTok.
    • Effective Influencer Collaborations: Successfully established and maintained collaborations with influencers, enhancing brand credibility and reach.
    • Community Growth: Through active engagement and innovative content, you have fostered a vibrant and loyal online community.
    • Optimized Content Strategy: Your adept use of AI tools and thorough hashtag research have optimized content performance and audience engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with a strong understanding of luxury branding.
    • Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in Canva and a good eye for design to create high-quality visuals.
    • Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and capable of integrating them into the content strategy.
    • Influencer Outreach: Experience in identifying and reaching out to influencers, crafting personalized and effective collaboration messages.
    • AI Utilization: Ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and ElevenLabs for enhanced content creation and engagement is a great advantage.
    • Tool Profiecincy: Familiarity with affiliate management tools like Skimlinks, ShareASale, ShopMy, or Grin.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
    • DTC Marketing Experience: Background in direct-to-consumer marketing is highly advantageous.
    • Proactive and Eager to Learn: A fun personality, fast learner, and highly motivated individual with a keen desire to acquire new skills.
