Job Summary

Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation:

• Develop a content calendar
• Collaborate with the team to generate creative content ideas tailored to the target audience.

Social Media Management:

• Manage day-to-day activities across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube).
• Plan and schedule posts, monitor trends, and leverage viral content strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster a growing online community.

Growth & Analytics:

• Monitor social media metrics and track performance using tools like Instagram Insights and Google Analytics.
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights to drive growth and engagement
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with videographers, graphic designers, and content creators to produce professional and on-brand content.

Advertising:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost visibility, followers, and conversions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Manager or Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio.
• Exceptional knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms and content strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer).
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content (a plus).
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance.
• Passion for the automotive industry or willingness to immerse in car-related topics.
