Social Media Business Developer at Picadailys

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and business-minded Social Media Business Developer to help us grow Picadailys’ digital presence and partnerships. This person will drive social media strategy, brand collaborations, and digital campaigns that convert engagement into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Identify, approach, and secure brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and media engagements.
• Create and manage campaigns that align with Picadailys’ reward and engagement goals.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to improve conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Research trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep Picadailys at the forefront of digital engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, digital partnerships, or business development.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, content performance, and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create or supervise engaging social content (graphics, reels, short-form videos, etc.).
• Experience in fintech, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands is an added advantage.
