Job Description 

• We are looking to hire an exceptional social media and content creator officer to promote collaboration between internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in our company's outputs.
• This role is expected to have an in-depth understanding of building and maintaining a healthy brand image via online forums.
• To execute quality, engaging content for our audience by creating, sourcing, and publishing relevant and compelling social media content.
• The officer is also responsible for creating web content, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging for the target audience.  

Responsibilities 

• Create, source, and publish tailored digital, online, and social media content for the Nigerian audience, ensuring localization. 
• Plan and execute social media campaigns effectively. 
• Respond promptly to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, fostering productive engagement. 
• Facilitate communication among departments and ensure marketing channels are aligned. 
• Innovate strategies to stay ahead of the competition, staying updated on digital trends and best practices. 
• Generate ideas to enhance reach, engagement, and social presence. 
• Monitor SEO and Google Analytics metrics, providing insightful reports. 
• Develop engaging content (text, video, images, infographics) consistent with the organization’s brand and social media strategy. 

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a social media and content creator 
• Experience in the gambling or entertainment industry is a plus (Sportsbook, Casino & Lotto) 
• A keen interest in Sports, especially football. 
• Excellent communication skills and Strong writing skills 
• Familiar with Hootsuite and other 3rd party management tools 
• Experience in web content writing 
• Proficiency in content management systems 
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and practices 
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Ability to work flexible hours
