Job Description
- Receiving Bread from Baking Section
- Ensuring the food contact surfaces are well sanitized from the beginning of the Shift
- Ensuring that loaves are wrapped on time
- Ensuring that all necessary documents are filled accordingly
- Daily cleaning of the surrounding area
- Ensuring that the slicing of the loaves are done with utmost care.
- Reducing damage rate of the loaves to the barest minimum.
- Following the rules and regulations that guide the work as a whole.
- Resuming to work as at the stipulated time of the company
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND or First School Leaving Certificate with 1-4 years experience
