Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations at a construction site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate activities among workers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project.
• Plan and schedule work activities, including assigning tasks to workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor equipment usage and maintenance.
• Manage the resources available on site, including materials, equipment, and personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Previous experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational and comunication skill.
