Site Supervisor (Flooring and Waterproofing) at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Foreman (Flooring & Waterproofing) to oversee and coordinate site activities related to flooring, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on execution capabilities, and proven experience in supervising end-to-end finishing works from initiation to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and monitor flooring, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works at site.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress, manpower, and material usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in flooring, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Strong technical expertise with hands-on supervisory and execution skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (preferred).
• Knowledge of site safety standards and quality assurance practices.
