Job Description

• We are seeking a competent Site/Facility Supervisor for our Client, an Events and construction company in Sapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Awoyaya, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate must have a background in engineering, quantity surveying, or architecture to effectively oversee and manage site/facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site and facility operations at Sapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Awoyaya.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with various teams for smooth facility management.
• Oversee maintenance and operational activities.
• Interface with stakeholders on site-related matters.
• Support in ensuring project timelines and quality are met.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND / OND in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
• Experience as a site supervisor.
• Ability to work effectively in a supervisory role.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
