Site Selection / Real Estate Supervisor at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Site Selection / Real Estate Manager to lead the expansion of VMAX Tea & Coffee across Lagos and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant or retail chain site acquisition, lease negotiation, and market analysis. Candidates with prior experience in KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic, or similar chains will be highly preferred.

This role is critical for identifying profitable locations, optimizing store network layout, and ensuring the brand’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and secure prime locations for new store openings.
• Conduct site assessments, including foot traffic analysis, demographics, competition, accessibility, and rent feasibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property developers, and shopping center management.
• Lead lease negotiations and manage the contract signing process.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to assess potential ROI and support strategic expansion planning.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate site handover, including pre-opening inspections and approvals.
• Maintain a database of potential locations and manage site selection documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site selection, real estate management, or business development, preferably in restaurant or retail chains.
• Prior experience in established chains such as KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic, or similar is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret demographic, commercial, and traffic data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across Lagos and other regions for site visits.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with strong decision-making abilities.
