Purpose of the Job

The Site Manager holds a key leadership role, overseeing the efficient and effective execution of all on-site operations. Responsible for coordinating various tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects, the Site Manager plays a vital role in maintaining a safe working environment, managing resources, and fostering strong collaboration among team members. The primary purpose of this position is to achieve project objectives on time and within budget while upholding quality and safety standards.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resources, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel, ensuring a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the project.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client for on-site matters.

Qualification and Experience

• A minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site management and successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
