Site Manager at BCL Nigeria

In order to support our projects, BCL is looking to hire Site Managers, based in Lagos.

• Candidate must have between 5years verifiable experience in a construction industry. 
• Candidate must also have a Bachelor’s Degree at a 2nd Class Upper Level and above in civil or structural engineering or Building Construction.

The following skills/competencies are required to be successful in the role:

• Read technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
• Prepare an execution plan from the master plan submitted, breaking down the work elements and how it will be executed.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to work in a team.
