We are seeking a competent Site/Facility Supervisor for our Client an events and construction company inSapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Awoyaya - Lagos.
The ideal candidate must be male, should have a background in engineering, quantity surveying, or architecture to oversee and manage site/facility operations effectively.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site and facility operations at Sapphire Garden, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Awoyaya.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Coordinate with various teams for smooth facility management.
Oversee maintenance and operational activities.
Interface with stakeholders on site-related matters.
Support in ensuring project timelines and quality are met.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
Experience as a site supervisor.
Male candidate preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a supervisory role.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary
N120,000 per month during 3 months probation period.
