A Property & Project Services company operating in the real estate sector has an urgent vacancy for:

Site Coordinator/Facilities Supervisor

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM)
- B.Sc ( Engineering, Estate or Facilities Management)
- 5years relevant supervisory experience in Facilities Management.
- Provide leadership and supervision to all staff and external contractors
- Good written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate ( Excel/Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow tasks/projects through to a timely completion
- Very Good command of English
