Job Summary

Alphabait Realty is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Operations Site Engineer to supervise site operations, coordinate construction activities, and ensure projects are executed according to approved specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce operations.
• Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are maintained.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage on site.
• Monitor project progress and escalate delays or technical issues.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
• Assist in material estimation, procurement, and inventory management.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
• Support project planning and execution activities.
• Ensure adherence to company operational standards and timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years site engineering experience in real estate or construction projects.
• COREN certification or relevant professional membership is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction reporting tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
