Showroom Manager at Terawork

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Lead, train, and supervise showroom sales staff to achieve targets
• Manage product display, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
• Build strong customer relationships and handle inquiries or escalations
• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports for management

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in retail sales or showroom management
• Proven experience leading a sales team and meeting revenue targets
• Strong background in customer service and face-to-face sales
• Experience managing inventory and merchandising standards
• Exposure to high-value products or premium retail environments is an advantage
