• We’re looking for a Shopify Engineer who loves building scalable, high-performance ecommerce experiences that delight users.
• If you enjoy customizing Shopify themes, extending functionality with apps and APIs, and collaborating with product + design teams to create beautiful online stores, this is your chance.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and customizing Shopify themes to deliver pixel-perfect ecommerce experiences.
• Building custom Shopify apps and integrations with third-party services and APIs.
• Working with Liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks to extend Shopify’s capabilities.
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ship features quickly.
• Optimizing storefront performance, SEO, and accessibility for millions of users.
• Ensuring mobile-first, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and supporting production issues.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer/Engineer (Shopify Plus experience is a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of Shopify’s Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience customizing Shopify themes and working with the Shopify App ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs (REST and GraphQL) and webhook integrations.
• Understanding of e-commerce performance optimization, SEO, and responsive design.
• Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows.
• Bonus: Experience scaling ecommerce systems for high-traffic sites.
