    Shop-floor Sales Officer

    Description 

    • Shop-floor engagement with existing and potential customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure overall satisfaction
    • Receive and process customer orders
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Foster trust and loyalty through regular communication and personalized service.
    • Prepare, maintain and submit detailed records of sales activities, and sales reports to management.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines, credit policies, and ethical sales practices.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Good WASCE / NECO or OND, HND / BSc in Business or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a wholesale or distribution setting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Knowledge of the products being sold and the ability to convey technical information to customers.

    Remuneration
    Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
