    Shift Operator

    Role Purpose

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shift Operator to support customer issue resolution and operational compliance.
    • This role is vital to ensuring timely escalation of complaints, adherence to service standards, and efficient use of collaborative tools in a dynamic work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Escalate customer issues within 24 hours to the appropriate unit and ensure accurate customer data is captured failure to do so constitutes a fatal error.
    • Maintain 100% work productivity through a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
    • Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Comply with Appearance Standards (Corporate, Business Smart/Casual, and Presentable).
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace in line with Ambience Standards.
    • Utilize Share Portal, Work Force, and collaborative tools efficiently to resolve customer complaints.
    • Support operational excellence through consistent documentation and reporting.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
    • 0 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent understanding of CRM systems.
    • Strong knowledge of data management and analysis.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business presentation tools.
    • Age not more than 35 years.

    Technical Competencies:

    • Substation planning, maintenance, and operations
    • High- & Low-tension network management
    • Safety and health compliance.

    Behavioural Competencies:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    • Supervisory and managerial capabilities.
