    Service Management Executive

    ​​​​​​​DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Service Management/NOC Protocol Administration
    • Scanning and Monitoring of Customer Links
    • Attending to Customers complaints
    • Initiate and implement preliminary level troubleshooting
    • Provide information on Company services and products
    • Forward customers complaints to appropriate department/channel for resolution.
    • Reporting to Head, Service Management/Team Lead, Service Management.
    • You may be assigned to other tasks that are relevant to your department’s operations from time to time.

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    • HND/BSc and professional qualification in relevant course Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar field
