    Service Delivery and Business Development Manager

    Role Overview:

    • Join our team as a The Service Delivery and Business Development Manager is responsible for managing high-quality service delivery to clients while driving business growth through new client acquisition and development of existing accounts.
    • This role combines operational leadership with strategic business development initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and expanding the company’s market share.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee end-to-end delivery of services, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
    • Lead and mentor the service delivery team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new customers and expand relationships with existing clients.
    • Identify new market opportunities, coordinate proposals, and participate in contract negotiations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing) to ensure seamless service execution and client onboarding.
    • Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize service efficiency and profitability.
    • Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

    Reporting To: Director of Operations or Senior Management Team

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Proven experience in service delivery, business development, or account management roles.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management and CRM software.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
