The Service Center Agent role is a customer-facing role for young, personable and customer-focused graduates resident in Dutse, Jigawa State.

Applicants to this role must satisfy the following requirements:
- Should have completed NYSC at the date of application
- Must have a minimum of HND certificate
- Must be resident in Dutse
- Must be computer literate and tehnology inclined
- Must have good command of the English Language
