Job description

• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
• Greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus
• Ensure guest’s order is delivered in a timely manner.
• Upon delivering an order to a guest, you must place a call via intercom if there is no response after knocking on the door
• Ensure customers provide a feedback on the menu form
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any issues to the chef
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
• Ensure bill payments of order in a timely manner
• Ensure complementary beverages (milk,tea, sugar) are returned when guests do not take them.
