Job Summary

• We are recruiting Senior Wireline Engineers to support our expanding wireline operations.
• The role involves technical leadership in electric line and slickline operations, client interface, and mentoring of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution of wireline operations.
• Conduct pre-job planning, risk assessments, and technical reviews.
• Supervise field operations and ensure safe job execution.
• Interface with clients during project planning and implementation.
• Prepare technical proposals and job programmes.
• Analyze and interpret wireline data and logs.
• Mentor junior engineers and field personnel.
• Support equipment procurement and specification activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Participate in business development activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in wireline operations.
• Extensive experience in electric line logging and perforating.
• Knowledge of completion and production logging techniques.
• Experience with wireline tools and surface equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client interface abilities.
• Proficiency in wireline interpretation software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• Experience in Nigerian oil & gas operations.
• IWCF Well Control certification.
• Knowledge of completion design and optimization.
• Experience with advanced logging tools and techniques
• Project management experience.

Technical Skills:

• Electric line and slickline operations.

• Well completion techniques.
