Creating illustrations for use in a variety of products – videos, posters, newsletters, icons, web elements etc., using the following techniques: stylized/cartoons, pattern-making, following and applying brand standards to produce artwork, layout and template design, color theory.
Seeking client approval for ideas with rough visuals – using drawing, sketching, storyboarding, painting and photographic skills to produce illustrations and visuals.

Collaborate with product designers, design leaders, and marketers to serve a quickly growing and highly diverse audience.
Requirements
5+ years of industry experience in graphics and visual design.
Bachelor's degree in design/relevant disciplines or equivalent work experience
Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma etc.
Extensive knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design, with experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications.
Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts, templates, interactions, infographics, and iconography sets.
Portfolio featuring previous work across brand systems and campaign design. (To be sent alongside CV)
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Animation and visual storytelling skills - is a huge plus but not required
A big-picture-thinker who can create compelling and resonant materials and experiences that consider the holistic the user journey.
Experience developing a cross-channel visual vocabulary, including: traditional, digital, social, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media.
Ability to work with business and marketing stakeholders; receiving feedback and adapting work.
An effective communicator who is comfortable knowing when to optimize for speed and communicate deliverables within deadlines.
